Nominations for Alumni Council are Open!
In November, association members will elect five new members to the Alumni Council. Nominations are now open! Click the button below to nominate someone. Self-nominations are encouraged! Nomination process is open through Saturday, October 14.
Considering Running?
The council functions just like committees did at the College: If you want to see a project undertaken, you spearhead making it happen. Reunions? Alumni seminars? Class notes or alumni magazine? Deeper relationships or collaborative projects with other successor orgs? Bring your ideas and your energy to make it happen.
Council members should expect to commit a minimum of five hours a month to association project–it’s not a huge amount of time, but we need folks who are ready to give that time and energy in a consistent way. Terms start in January with an orientation in December.
Virtual Alumni Event!
The council (MCAC) will host a virtual gathering on October 7, 4:00-5:30pm Eastern Time (1:00–3:30pm Pacific Time) for all members and friends of the MCAA. Alum and Potash Hill Managing Director Brian Mooney will join us to give an update on what is going on with the former campus. Break-out rooms will provide time and space for informal social gathering.
