Submit your Activity Proposal for the 2027 Reunion

The Marlboro College Alumni Association Reunion Planning Committee is seeking motivated alumni to host activities throughout Reunion weekend from Friday, May 21 to Sunday, May 23, 2027. As facilitator you would be responsible for developing your activity and organizing and running your session during the Reunion.

Give a lecture, presentation, workshop, demonstration, or host a panel discussion on a topic that interests you; lead a nature walk, a meditation, or an exercise class; put on a performance: dance, theater, music, comedy; organize an art exhibition, a gaming session, a makerspace, or a quilting bee; host a social event for alumni from your era, field of study, or any other affinity group you can come up with. Your imagination and the laws of physics are the only limitations. Activities geared toward children and participants of all ages are welcome.

You will have the support of the Reunion committee, working closely with the Activities Coordinators to determine and ensure availability of appropriate space, A/V equipment, and volunteer support. If funding allows, the reunion committee may be able to provide financial support for material costs. If the committee receives multiple similar proposals we will connect the submitters and encourage collaboration.

This RFP will be open from August 4, 2026 to November 4, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated as they are received.
